Role and responsibilities:

1. Liaise with both internal and external parties and customers for all project related issues.
2. Lead a cross-functional project team to ensure new products being smoothly started and drives the idea of the products being a part of an integrated design system. Ensures the fluid hand-over of new products into engineering and subsequently mass production manufacturing.
3. Define the project planning with project team, monitor the project progress and to ensure adherence of project activities of planning schedules.
4. Ensure the product quality is within product specification required by product management.
5. Ensure the exiting product improvement ideas are developed and implemented into new project products.
6. Identify the potential project risks and define possible solutions to reduce such risks.
7. Find out all possible opportunities to reach the target price as defined by product management and assist project manager with the management of the cost reduction and continuous improvement of project portfolio.
8. Maximize project efficiency and profitability.

Qualification:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above.
2. 2 years of working experience as project/program manager or engineer.
3. Written and verbal English communication skills.
4. Strong logic thinking and learning capability.
5. Direct working experience as system engineer, product manager or project manager of computer, monitor, touch device, camera or other IOT electrical product
6. Below as Plus:
a) Design and manufacturing experience
b) Computer or display industry experience
c) Strong interpersonal skills
