About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer proficient in Python and Java to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications across the entire stack. Familiarity with financial processes is a strong plus, and spoken English is required for daily communication with global teams.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python (Django/Flask) and Java (Spring Boot).
Build responsive front-end interfaces using modern frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular).
Integrate with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB) and third-party GenAI APIs.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment.
Work closely with product and finance teams to understand and implement business requirements.
Communicate effectively in English during stand-ups, planning, and cross-team collaboration.

Required Qualifications
Languages: Strong hands-on experience with Python and Java.
Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and at least one modern framework (React preferred).
Backend: RESTful API design, microservices architecture, GenAI LLM integration
Databases: SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis).
Tools: Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines
English: Fluent spoken English – able to participate in meetings and explain technical decisions clearly.

Preferred Qualifications (Great to Have)
Financial process knowledge (e.g., invoicing, payments, ERP systems, accounting workflows).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Ali).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
