1.Activity for new project quotation. Prepare quality target and warranty metrics.
2.Activity for new project launch, support PM to ensure each Q delivery for customer on time .
3.Sample fabrication FTQ and open issues follow up. Ensure each delivery quality performance.
4.Lead customer vehicle pre-launch assembly feedback issue tracking.
5.Attend customer project regular review meeting and open issues follow up.
6.Support customer on site audit. Support customer vehicle assembly.
7.Attend PDT meeting, DR review for new projects.
8.Across lessons learnt to new platform
9.Response customer complaints timely and set up containment as needed
10.Keep responsible people informed about customer’s requirements;
11.Conduct preliminary analysis at customer plant
12.Coordinate with plant functions for problem solving
13.Set up database for customer issue tracking.
14.Collects quality and service information of competitors;
15.Warranty disposition with customer
