Job Summary:

The key role of this position is to solve challenging engineering problems involving products and processes using advanced simulation techniques and analysis.

As a smart manufacturing engineer , you will be responsible for ensuring NPI relates virtual design reviews and analysis meets design requirements, use advanced simulation techniques for future production process, and work with engineers to resolve issues.

作為智能制造工程師，您將確保與NPI，制造流程等相關(guān)的虛擬仿真驗(yàn)證工作滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求，嚴(yán)格驗(yàn)證概念設(shè)計(jì)，并和工程師一起解決潛在的問題。





What You Will Do:

Accountable for delivering timely, high-quality simulation and analysis impacting products/processes and providing clear recommendations to stakeholders.

負(fù)責(zé)提供及時(shí)、高質(zhì)量的仿真分析，并提供明確的建議。

Responsible for defining problems, modeling, solving and performing iterations, interpreting results, providing conclusions.

負(fù)責(zé)定義問題，創(chuàng)建仿真模型，運(yùn)行仿真與設(shè)計(jì)迭代，解釋結(jié)果，給出結(jié)論。

Partner with design, manufacturing and test to robustly deliver new products and improve processes.

與設(shè)計(jì)、制造和測試合作，穩(wěn)健地交付新產(chǎn)品并改進(jìn)流程。

Keep up to date on new technologies and drive continuous improvement to established techniques.

及時(shí)了解新技術(shù)并推動(dòng)現(xiàn)有技術(shù)的持續(xù)改進(jìn)

Supporting design and ME team to verify simulation solutions.

支持設(shè)計(jì)和工藝團(tuán)隊(duì)，驗(yàn)證仿真方案

Take part in design reviews with the wider design team.

與更廣泛的設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)一起參與設(shè)計(jì)評審。

Responsible for archiving the analysis and simulation model and results.

Education requirement:

Min. MS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Automation or equal.

機(jī)械工程，汽車工程，自動(dòng)化或相同專業(yè)碩士及以上





What skills you will have:



Capable of Simulation software experience in Plant Simulation or other engineering analysis software

具備使用仿真軟件的能力，有Plant Simulation，同時(shí)也接受具備其他類似分析軟件

Have 3D modeling software Creo skill and Simens software Vis Mockup knowledge is a plus.

具備Creo其他類似建模軟件，西門子仿真軟件背景的應(yīng)聘者尤佳

Have smart manufacturing knowledge is a plus.

具備智能制造背景的應(yīng)聘者尤佳

Have machine learning experience is a plus.
